Agency Rules & Regulations

- Guests may register and use a single account, after becoming a member. Multiple registrations are considered cloning, which leads to a permanent ban of the users, on all accounts.

- If you want your username changed, you must have at least 500 posts or be a a user for at least 3 months.

- Account exchange is not allowed.

- Insults, or any other kind of offenses brought to other users or members of the staff, are punished by warning or by ban. Vulgar language and obscene usernames are also prohibited.

- Spamming is not allowed. Replies which do not fit in the topic theme or topics which do not fit the board theme lead to a warning of the user.

- We also consider spam the posts in which one would warn another of the existence of spam in his/her post. Use the report button or leave the moderation to the agency staff.

- You are not allowed to modify the posts in which there has been an edit from the agency staff.

- Posts or topics with pornographic, political, immoral, or simply offensive content, which can come against constitutional law, are prohibited. Posts with activation codes, key cracks, hacks or anything else of illegal nature, including illegal download and warez, are prohibited as well. Discussions over such topics will automatically lead to banning the user/users for at least a week.

- Agency staff can censor/lock topics. The re-creating of a closed topic is not accepted. If you wish the closed topic to be re-opened, leave an argued request at the Agency Office, and it might be reopened.

- Begging for credits is not allowed. We demand that our models have dignity!

- Regarding images:
              => avatars: 160x220
              => signatures: 450x150
              => post content: 500x500 (if bigger, post link)

- Once accepted as a model, you must place the agency's banner on your homepage. By this, you wouldn't only advertise the agency, but also let the passing-by devs know that you are an available and qualified model, and might get you a job offer.

- You must create a catwalk, which will be your personal portfolio. Every month, you must submit a minimum of 5 edited pics.

- Creating a mailbox or a blog is not compulsory, but it is encouraged.

- You must be respectful towards all models who apply and/or are accepted for the job that you offer.

- Creating a catalog is not compulsory, but it is suggested, as it can help you with advertising, and with gaining of new customers.

Failure to respect the General Rules:

Cloning	permanent banning
Obscene username	permanent banning
Begging	permanent banning
Instigation to violence (1st time)	2 weeks banning
Instigation to violence (2nd time)	permanent banning
Spam (little)	1 week banning
Spam (moderate)	1 month banning
Spam (heavy)	permanent banning

Failure to respect the Model Rules:

No banner on page	you lose the statute of Paradise Model, but may reapply
No updated catwalk	you lose your statute of Paradise Model, and may not reapply

Failure to respect the Developer Rules:

Disrespect towards models	you will not be allowed to hire any Paradise Models again; we will also let other agencies know of your behavior
No catalog	no entry in the seasonal Paradise Awards
